Our timer is the perfect tool to guide and enhance your workouts, allowing you to focus on training rather than constantly checking the time. Whether you're an amateur or a professional, this timer is designed to meet all your needs. Its flexibility and high customizability make it suitable for various types of training sessions. One key advantage of this app, setting it apart from others on the App Store, is that you only need to configure your timers once, eliminating the need for constant adjustments when switching exercises. Additionally, timers can be combined to create comprehensive workout routines, which can be conveniently categorized into groups.

One impressive feature is the ability to enable location tracking for your training sessions. With location tracking enabled, you can view your route and access location-based statistics such as distance, speed, pace, and altitude.

Another noteworthy capability is heart rate training support, which can be utilized with a Bluetooth LE heart rate monitor. The app allows users to create and switch between multiple profiles tailored to their specific training needs, complete with heart rate zones and notification options. During exercise, users can receive notifications about their current heart rate and zone. They can even select a target heart rate zone and receive voice coaching prompts to adjust their tempo accordingly.

The user interface is designed with clarity and readability in mind, even from a distance. Notifications can be delivered through vibrations, sounds, or text-to-speech voice. Gone are the days of constantly glancing at the screen for interval updates. Each timer consists of intervals that can be customized with unique names, durations, colors, and even accompanying music.

Your workout sessions are automatically saved in the history feature, allowing you to review your performance over time. Additionally, all timers and workout history can be synchronized seamlessly with iCloud.

This app also integrates smoothly with the Health app, enabling you to export workout metrics directly to Apple Health.
